David "Pat" Taylor

David  "Pat"  Taylor, age 79, of Pittsford, MI, formerly of Adrian, passed away, October 17, 2022.  He was born on March 17, 1943, in Detroit, MI, the son of Frank & Jennie Taylor.  Pat enjoyed most anything that had to do with cars and was member of the Adrian Street Cruisers.  He served his country in the U.S. Army from 1968 to 1970 during the Vietnam War, receiving the Purple Heart Award.  Pat is survived by his three sons, Jeffery (Denise) Taylor, Randy (Roxy) Taylor and Michael Taylor; his grandchildren, Jessica, Valerie, Brandon, Stephen and Jordan; great grandson, Finley; and one brother, Russell (Gloria) Taylor.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank & Jennie Taylor; his wife, Faith Taylor; three brothers, Richard Taylor, Michael Taylor and Fredrick Taylor; one sister, Gail Davis; and daughter in law, Lisa Taylor. A Memorial Service will be held 2:00 PM Saturday, October 29, 2022, at J. Gilbert Purse Funeral Home, 2959 N. Adrian Hwy, Adrian, MI.   Visitation will also be on Saturday from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at J.
