David Antonio Flores

David Antonio Flores, age 54, of Adrian, MI, passed away, August 21, 2022, at University of Michigan Hospital.  He was born April 15, 1968, in Adrian, MI, the son of Juan & Ofelia (Garza) Flores. On June 11, 2010, he married his "Mi Amore" Laura Ackerman. She survives.  David was a graduate of Tecumseh High School, Class of 1986. He loved spending time on the water, boating and fishing. David was very well known for his raw sense of humor and his generosity. He was a dedicated family man and enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren. David's favorite place to getaway was the Fox River in Seney, Michigan.  In addition to his wife, Laura Flores, he is survived by his son, Damon (Celest) Flores; step-son, Michael (Amanda) Jennings; his grandchildren, Te'o, Avayah, Silas, Gideon, Leonidas and Kira; his siblings, Diamantina (Silverio) Diaz, Frank (Jackie) Flores and Alberto (Mary) Flores; his Tia, Narda Vargas; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins; and close friends, David Olveria, Jimmy Rodriguez, Bill Briddick and Ray Yielding.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Juan & Ofelia Flores; his biological mother, Nora Vargas; granddaughter, Mia Lanah; two brothers; Juan Flores Jr. and Howard Jones; two sisters, Angie Vargas and "Nena" Maria Elena Sandoval-Trujillo; step-son, Shawn Jennings; two nieces, Maria and Aubrey; and two nephews, Stevie & Kyle.  A Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date.  Arrangements entrusted to J.
