David L. Collins

David L. Collins, age 75, passed away on June 28, 2023. David was a proud U.S. Army Veteran. Although he will be deeply missed, his memory will forever live on in the hearts and minds of his family and friends. Beloved husband of Debra K. Collins for 29 years. Loving father of Christine Collins, Melissa Collins, Brian Facciolla and Nathan (Christina) Facciolla. Proud grandfather of Christian Serb, Myah Facciolla, Leonardo Facciolla and Dylan Facciolla. Dearest brother of Mike Collins and Pat Collins. David is predeceased by his parents, Donald and Evelyn Collins; his siblings Barbara Kniseley, Paula Russell, Donald Collins, and Lynn Collins. He will also be missed by his dog, Toto. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family or to the organizations listed below or the donor's charity of choice.
