Christopher C. Vickery

Christopher C. Vickery, 64, of Osseo, passed away Thursday, May 12, 2022, at Hospice of Lenawee. He was born December 25, 1957, in Monroe, Michigan to Charles and Margaret (Smith) Vickery. Chris was a former owner and operator for Cozy Trucking and a graduate of Waldron High School.  Surviving is his daughter, Amanda Vickery of Osseo, his niece, Jessica Vickery (Josh Hayes) of Dewitt, sister-in-law, Beth Reynolds of Osseo, siblings, Danny Smith of South Carolina and Diane (Gaylon) Simon of Minnesota, and grandchildren Ethan Wolf and Laila McCormick. Chris is also survived by several close friends, nieces, and nephews.  Chris was preceded in death by his parents Charles and Margaret Vickery, brother Jeff Vickery, and sister Judy Aja.  Chris enjoyed riding his motorcycle, spending time with his dog Charlie, and time on the lake. A special ceremony will be held at Maple Grove Cemetery in Jefferson Twp on Saturday, June 4, 2022, at 2pm. Chris’s family and friends would like to give a heartfelt thank you to those caring for him at Hospice of Lenawee. Their care and sympathy during this time is much appreciated.
