Cheryl (Cheri) Kay (Mills) Markey

Cheryl Kay (Cheri) Markey ,age 63 of Lansing passed away August 16,2021 at Sparrow Hospital in Lansing. Cheryl was born November 15, 1957, in Lansing, MI the daughter of Charles and Maxine Mills. She was the beloved wife of Michael Markey and loving Mother of four children and three stepchildren. Cheryl enjoyed spending time with her husband at her cottage in Oscoda, MI. She loved Lake Huron. She also enjoyed hobbies such as crocheting and reading. Cheryl was proceeded in death by her parents Charles and Maxine Mills. Survived by her husband Michael Markey, children Amy Hoard(Scott) Charles Rodgers, Kali Garcia(Daniel Jr), Ashley Rodgers, Fernando Abrigo Jr, Michael J Markey Jr(Vanessa) and Marisa Mozina. Her siblings Debra Abent(Steve), Rosemary Hildabridle(David), Robert Mills(Londa) and Kendall Mills (Debra Luan). She was also survived by her eight grandchildren with whom she adored. A Celebration of Life will take place on September 18th at the UAW Hall Local 724 in Lansing from 2:00pm - 4:30pm. The address is 450 Clare St Lansing, MI 48917
