Betty R. Jennings

Betty R. Jennings, age 76, of Tecumseh, MI, passed away February 16, 2019, at home surrounded by her family. She was born April 23, 1942, in Toledo, Ohio, the daughter of Harold & Roberta (Gifford) Blaser. On August 5, 1961, she married Frederick Jennings in Manchester, MI. He preceded her in death on August 21, 1998.  Betty is survived by her daughter Michelle (Tim) Raymond of Adrian, four grandchildren, Christian Jennings-Brown, Taylor, Coty and Michael Raymond, one brother, Roy (Cindy) Blaser,  a sister (by another mother), Darlene Bowman, and three nieces.  In addition to her husband Frederick, she was preceded in death by her parents, Harold Blaser & Roberta Opanowski and stepfather, Ed Opanowski.  Visitation will be on Saturday, February 23, 2019, from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at J. Gilbert Purse Funeral Home, 2959 N. Adrian Hwy, Adrian, MI. Funeral services will Follow at 2:00 PM with Rev. Jim Schenck officiating at the J.
