Benjamin Walter Eckhoff

Benjamin Walter Eckhoff, age 31, of Lansing, MI, passed away June 20, 2021 at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, MI. He was born July 21, 1989, in Lansing, MI.  Benjamin loved spending time with his family. He enjoyed playing his guitar, video gaming, listening to music and cooking.  He is survived his fiance, Amanda Staskey; his three children, Starrlynn, Waylon and Caelum; his siblings, Jesse Bergey, Andrew Mertens and Kaitlyn Eckhoff; and many loved ones.  He was preceded in death by his father, Gregory Eckhoff; grandmother, Hazel Hopkins; and grandfather, Walter Mertens; along with many aunts and uncles.  Viewing & Visitation will be on Wednesday, June 23, 2021, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at J.
