Austin James "AJ" Fletcher

Austin James "AJ" Fletcher, age 25, of Adrian, MI, passed away, August 19, 2020.  He was born September 16, 1994, in Tecumseh, MI to Joe & Yonsil Fletcher. Austin was a graduate of Adrian High School, Class of 2012. He played hockey most of his life, finishing playing at the University of Toledo. Austin was in his last year of Pharmacy School at the University of Toledo. Austin worked very hard to be who he is today and prided himself with hard work. He had many good friends around the country and enjoyed and loved all his friends. He enjoyed life.  Austin loved his brother, Eric, who he admired and looked up to.  He is survived by his parents, Joseph & Yonsil Fletcher, his brother, Eric Fletcher, his niece, Arya Fletcher, grandfather, Charles Fletcher, many aunts, uncles and cousins and his four legged buddy, Rez.  He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Jack & Fannie Pate and O Japil & Park Bocksoon of Korea. Visitation will be on Thursday, August 27, 2020 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM & 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at J. Gilbert Purse Funeral Home, 2959 N. Adrian Hwy, Adrian, MI. Funeral Services will be held 1:00 PM Friday, August 28, 2020, at J.
