Anna Marie Ruiz

Anna Marie Ruiz age 57, of Adrian passed away peacefully on June 12, 2022 with her family by her side. Anna was born January 26, 1965 in Adrian, MI the daughter or Guadalupe Valdez and Granddaughter of Belen Montenegro (who helped raise her). On February 16, 1982 she married Jesus Ruiz, Sr in Adrian, MI and he survives. Anna was a resident of Adrian, MI since 1965.  She worked for Lenawee Medical where she was a Dietary Aide. She was a member of the Croswell Family worship. Anna is survived by her husband, Jesus Ruiz Sr; children, Faith (Mark) Alvarado of Adrian, MI, Paul (Ruby) Ruiz of Toledo, OH, Jesse Ruiz of Adrian, MI; grandchildren, Sierra, Jesus, Isiah, Eli, Deanna, Mark, Damian, Samuel, Gabriella, Grace, Genesis, John, Ezekiel, Skye, Benjamin and Jeremiah; great grandchild, Liliyanna; sisters, Connie (Thomas) Zarate, Lolita Garica; brothers, Lupe 9Shelly) Valdez, Abel (Gina) Valdez, Jose (Esmeralda) Garcia, Leo (Lisa) Feliciano, Jose (Emma) Feliciano and Refugio Valdez. She was preceded in death by her father, Guadalupe Valdez and grandmother, Belen Montenegro. Funeral services will be 11:00 A. M. Saturday, June 18, 2022 at the J. Gilbert Purse Funeral Home, Tecumseh with Pastor Henry and Becky Burciaga officiating.  Burial will follow at Oakwood Cemetery, Adrian. Visitation will be on Friday, June 17, 2022, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and also on Saturday from 10:00 AM until the time of service at J. Gilbert Purse Funeral Home of Tecumseh.
