Anna Marie Montecinos

Anna Marie Montecinos, age 51, of Adrian, MI, passed away, May 13, 2021, at ProMedica Hickman Hospital surrounded by her family. She was born July 5, 1969, in Adrian, MI, the daughter of Emilio Jr. & Dolores (Garcia) Montecinos, they survive.  Anna enjoyed dancing, going on vacation, family cookouts, texting family & friends and playing with her granddaughters.  In addition to her parents, Anna is survived by her daughter, Sara (Matt) Medley; her husband, Rufus Tovar; two grandchildren, Izabella & Emilia Medley, one sister, Rosa Ambroski (Mike Patton); two brothers, Emilio Montecinos III and Albert (Erica) Montecinos; and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts and great nieces & great nephews along with close family friends, The Ramirez's and lots of other friends.  She was preceded in death by one sister, Rebecca Lee Montecinos; one niece, Stephanie Montecinos and her grandparents, Emilio Sr. & Sara Montecinos and Armando & Victoria Garcia.  Viewing & Visitation will be on Sunday, May 16, 2021, from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM and Monday, May 17, 2021, from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at J. Gilbert Purse Funeral Home, 2959 N. Adrian Hwy, Adrian, MI. Funeral Services will be held 5:00 PM Monday, May 17, 2021, at J. Gilbert Purse Funeral Home, Adrian, MI.
