Albert E. VanSteenkiste

Albert E. VanSteenkiste, Sr., age 77, of Sevierville, TN, formerly of Adrian, MI, died January 8, 2021, under the care of his son and daughter in law in Tennessee.  Albert was born June 18, 1943 in Adrian to Albert "Sam" VanSteenkiste & Dorothy (Tiede) VanSteenkiste.  Albert worked over 30 years for Bohn Aluminum.  He and his wife Ila were longtime members of The Church of The Lord Jesus Christ.  He is survived by 3 sons, Albert Jr., Christopher and Michael (Alejandra); one brother, Mark (Cathy), 4 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; and Fabrico Abregu who he considered a grandson.  He was preceded in death by his wife Ila; his son, Donald; infant brother, William; and his parents.  Graveside Services will be held 11:00 AM Wednesday, January 13, 2021, at Lenawee Hills Memorial Park, 1291 Wolf Creek Hwy, Adrian, MI, with Pastor Rick Strawcutter officiating from the Adrian United Church.  In lieu of flowers, consider a donation to the Alzheimer's Association.  Condolences may be offered online at:  www.PurseFuneralHome.com
