Abraham Tyson Foster passed away at his home at the age of 45 at the end of July 2020. Abe was born November 26, 1974 to his loving mother Beverly (Pajitka) Foster, his father James, and his brother Zachary. Abe graduated from Eastern High School in 1992, and attended classes at Lansing Community College, but found academia too rigid for his learning style. Abe was always curious, alway reading, always learning. Blessed with gifted hands and a powerful mind, Abe followed his passions: music, programming, and creating. Those who met him, met a tall, strong, quiet man with bright eyes and a contemplative gaze. Never the center of attention, but always noticed, Abe was gentle and kind, but never meek. Those of us who were lucky enough to know him well saw his brilliance, his humor, and most of all his stubborn insistence to live life according to his own rules and his own unbending principles. He didn’t show his affection for family and friends with words, but with deeds. He spent time with the ones he loved, he helped them in every way he could, and he protected those around him ferociously. He was a devoted son, a hard worker, and a creative soul, he is loved, and he will always be missed.
