William "Bill" Ziss

William "Bill" R. Ziss, age 67, of Blissfield, MI, passed away, May 15, 2019, at Ebeid Hospice Residence in Sylvania, OH. He was born June 23, 1951, in Tecumseh, MI, the son of Robert Carlton & Leona Marie (Yeutter) Ziss.  Bill worked as a farmer, custodial services at Sylvania Schools and as groundskeeper at Spuyten Duyval Golf Club in Sylvania. He loved to play cards and spend times with his friends & family.  Bill is survived by his sister, Karen (Don) Francouer, two nephews, Jason Francouer and Nathan Francouer (Amber Cutler), niece, Carrie Francouer, ten great nieces and nephews and three great great nieces.  He was preceded in death by his parents.  A Viewing & Visitation will be held on Monday, May 20, 2019, from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at J. Gilbert Purse Funeral Home, 2959 N. Adrian Hwy, Adrian, MI. Cremation will follow.
