William Howard Foster passed away at home on April 1, 2019. He was born on March 7, 1950 in Saginaw, Michigan, to William and Anne (Lataurette) Foster. He attended Western Michigan University and was a United States Army Veteran. He was employed in the Medical Industry. He is survived by his mother, Anne Foster, and brothers Dave and Neil Foster of Michigan, and a sister, Janis Oprea of Texas. Cremation has taken place.
