Tessie Anna Keriacos

Tessie Anna Keriacos, age 92, of Tecumseh, formerly of Lansing and Redford, passed away January 14, 2018.  Tessie was born May 7, 1925 in Athens, Greece the daughter of Paul and Valuria Keriacos.  Tessie attended Michigan State University and graduated from a University in New York.  She retired from D & C stores in Lansing after many years of service.  Her enjoyments were crocheting, needlepoint, baking, cooking and pets.  Tessie is survived by her brother, Peter Keriacos; nephew, Mark Paul (Susan) Keriacos and great nephews, Joseph and Robert Anthony Keriacos.  She was preceded in death by her parents and sister in-law and best friend, Eva Keriacos.  Funeral services will be 12:00 PM (noon) Thursday, January 18, 2018 at J. Gilbert Purse Funeral Home, Tecumseh with Fr. Nicolas  H. Kotsis as celebrant.  Burial will follow in Riverside Cemetery, Clinton.  Visitation will be  10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, preceding the service on Thursday.  Condolences to the family may be made online at www.pursefuneralhome.com.
