Stanley "Steve" McCarroll

Stanley "Steve" McCarroll, age 63, of Manchester, passed away November 17, 2017.  Stan was born November 30, 1953 in Detroit, Michigan.  On August 11, 1973 he married Grace Schaufele in Clinton.  Stan proudly served his country in the U. S. Navy.  He  was an outdooorsman who enjoyed hunting, fishing and riding his motorcycle. He was a devoted husband, father and doting grandfather.  He is survived by his high school sweetheart - wife, Grace,  of 44 years; children, Sergeant First Class Steven (Rhada) McCarroll, Alicia (Troy) Wood and Amy Jo (James) Macey; and 10 loving grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his mother, Betty Johnson and brothers, Kenny and David.  Funeral services will be 12:00 P. M. (noon)  Tuesday, November 21, 2017 at J. Gilbert Purse Funeral Home, Tecumseh with Pastor Jon Turner officiating.  Visitation will be 4:00 - 8:00 P. M.
