Ruby I. Hunter

Ruby I. Hunter, age 90, of Adrian, MI, passed away, April 6, 2018.  She was born April 15, 1927, in Johnson City, TN, the daughter of Austin & Pearl (Sheets) Campbell. On April 23, 1946, she married Robert Lee Hunter, he preceded her in death.  She is survived by her daughter, Kathy Hunter, daughter in Law, Fran Hunter, her grandchildren, Kim Jones, Jeff Hunter, Brian (Jen) Hunter and Buffy Hunter and five great grandchildren and two sisters, Lou Ellen Taylor and Delores Castle.  She was preceded in death by her parents, husband,  two sons, Allen Lee Hunter and R. Keith Hunter, two brothers and five sisters.  Funeral Services will be held 11:00 AM Monday, April 9, 2018, at J. Gilbert Purse Funeral Home, 2959 N. Adrian Hwy, Adrian, MI, Pastor Gene Reitz officiating. Burial will follow in Lenawee Hills Memorial Park, Adrian, MI. Visitation will be on Sunday, April 8, 2018 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the J.
