My condolences to Rich's Family. We worked together over the past 20 years. He was always passionate about his work and commitment to his kids. We talked often of living in the Irish Hills, of the long commute, but mostly of kids and sports. He always had a smile on his face when he talked about his kids. I will keep you in my prayers.

Hello Rich's Family:
May God help you and give you strength to bear this huge loss. You may take comfort in knowing that everyone loved him at work. He always had a smiling face, very friendly, and had a wonderful sense of humor. He will surely be missed by all who were fortunate to know him.
Rest in peace, Rich.

To the Davis family, I have worked with Rich on many different projects over the years and he was a stand up guy. He was great to work with and always spoke highly of his family and how important his family was to him. He will be missed by many people but never forgotten.

Hello Rich's Family,
I also work for your dad, and it was extremely sad to find this out. He always helped me succeed at my job and will remember him as my first boss after graduating college. Please take care.

While growing up I spent a lot of time in the Davis home as Shelbys friend. Richard was always included in playing the card game "Spoons" and pulling all nighters with us. Every time I drive by the Boulevard I smile thinking of those wonderful times. May your memories keep Richard close to your heart.

I knew and worked with Rich going back to when he joined Ford back in 1989 at the Michigan Truck Plant in Wayne, Michigan. He was a good friend, good guy to work with, I am a better person because of Rich. Sad to see an old friend pass, yet, life is only part of this journey, God will take care of him, and provide comfort to his family and friends.
