Ray Allen Moll, age 86, of Holloway, MI, passed away. January 12, 2018. He was born November 21, 1931, in Wellsville, MI, the son of Christopher & Elizabeth (Roloff) Moll. Ray was a 1950 graduate of Adrian High School. Following graduation, Ray served his country in the U.S. Army 121st Evacuation Hospital from 1952-1954 during the Korean War. On June 12, 1954, he married Shirley Tew, she survives. Ray worked as a Tool & Die Maker for several machining companies including Tuttle-Gould, Manchester Stamping, Faraday, Universal Die Casting (Saline, MI.) and Hydro Aluminum. He was an avid hunter & fisherman. Ray was a member of the the Antique Tractor & Engine Club. He enjoyed line dancing. In addition to his wife Shirley Moll, he is survived by his children, Mark (Sherrie) Moll, Roxanne Loy, Karen (Mark) Krueger, Mary (Timothy) Furgason and Raynard (Deanna) Moll, sixteen grandchildren, and eighteen great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Christopher & Elizabeth Moll, two sisters, Viola and Bernice and three brothers, Lloyd, Earl and LaVern. Funeral Services will be held 1:00 PM Tuesday, January 16, 2018, at J. Gilbert Purse Funeral Home, 2959 N. Adrian Hwy, Adrian, MI. Burial will follow in Lenawee Hills Memorial Gardens, Tecumseh, MI. Visitation will be on Monday, January 15, 2018, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM & 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the J. Gilbert Purse Funeral Home, Adrian, MI.
