Neil Yonts

Neil Yonts, an honorable military veteran and former resident of Tecumseh, passed on to join his dearly departed wife Marion F. Yonts and deceased son Tracy Dale Yonts Sunday morning August 4th, 2019 at his home in Lake George, Michigan. Mr. Yonts is survived by his sons, Larry Neil Yonts and wife Pam, Kevin Lee Yonts and wife Jill Yonts and Randy Dean Yonts and wife Amanda Yonts; daughter, S. Terry Lynn Lorenz and husband Larry R. Lorenz; 12 grandchildren, Tarah J. Waynick, Shayna J. Lorenz, Shannon and spouse Jeremy Rudabaugh, Mariah Yonts, Aaron Yonts, Jason Yonts, Casey Yonts and spouse Haleigh, Cassandra F. Yonts, Anthony Yonts and Zachary Yonts. Neil came from a large family of 18 brothers and sisters from Kentucky and is a former Ford Motor Co. retiree from the Ford Rawsonville Plant. He passed away peacefully in his home in the woods of Lake George surrounded by the wildlife and people he loved. Graveside services will be 2:00 P. M. Saturday, August 10, 2019 at Lenawee Hills Memorial Gardens, Tecumseh with Rev. Earl Brown officiating.  Military Honors will be performed by the Tecumseh American Legion Post #34 and VFW Post #4187 Honor Guard.
