Mildred Mehrling Obituary

Mildred Irene Mehrling, age 101, of Saline, passed away April 28, 2018. Mildred was born in West Unity, Ohio the daughter of Alden and Anna Borton. On August 13, 1939 she married William Merhling in West Unity, Ohio and he preceded her in death August 13, 1991. Mildred was a resident of Saline since 1960 coming from Adrian. She was the Valedictorian of her class, graduating from West Unity High School. Mildred was a member of the West Franklin Methodist Church near West Unity, Ohio. Mildred is survived by her grandson, Kevin Lee (Heidi) Graber; grandson, Christopher Lee Graber and son in law, James D. Graber. In addition to her husband, William, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Ann Marie Graber and siblings, Gladys, Gertrude, Olin, Ray and Hazel. Private graveside services will be held Tuesday, May 1, 2018 at Oakwood Cemetery, Saline. Condolences to the family may be made online at www.pursefuneralhome.com
