Madeline Ann Stelzer, age 74, of Tipton, passed away November 21, 2018. Madeline was born December 7, 1943 in Detroit, Michigan the daughter of Maurice and Ann Briscoe. In 1963 she married Ronald Stelzer and he preceded her in death November 2, 1991. Madeline is survived by her daughters, Sherri (Joseph) D'Angelo and Kriste (Craig) Dykhuizen; sons, Ronald (Wendy) Stelzer and Allen Stelzer and four grandchildren. Cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life will be May, 2019. Condolences to the family may be made online at www.pursefuneralhome.com.
