Loretta Burns Obituary

Loretta Burns, age 78, of Clark Lake passed away Saturday, May 11, 2019 from pneumonia. Loretta was born December 3, 1940 in Jackson, Michigan the daughter of Lawrence and Ruth Globensky. She enjoyed babysitting for many years, working at Liberty General Store, being on the Liberty Fire Department, driving Star Route Delivery for the postal service and collecting frogs. Loretta is survived by her husband of fifty-six (56) years; Eugene, and loving sons Randy (& wife Carol), Jim (& wife Jill) and Phillip; sisters, JoAnne Carris and RuthAnn Mayo; brothers, Lloyd (& wife Sheryl) Globensky and Louis (& wife Sue) Globensky. and several nieces, nephews, grand children and great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and a son, Richard Burns. At Loretta’s request, cremation will take place and there will be no services. Burial will be in Roseland Memorial Gardens, Jackson, MI.
