Jerome "Jerry" (Heldt) Butler

Jerome "Jerry" (Heldt) Butler, age 62, of Adrian, MI, passed away, March 27, 2019.  at home with his family. He was born March 4, 1957, in Jackson, MI, the son of Donald Butler & Lucille Heldt.  Jerry is survived by his wife, Tonya Butler, three sisters, Alberta Walker, Sandy Howard and Deborah Butler Sandifer, one brother, Gregory (Roberta) Butler, several step-children, grandchildren and nieces, nephews and special friend who was considered a sister, Jeri Lynn Jenkins.  He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother, Theral "Skip" Heldt, three sisters, Luellen McClain, Kathy Heldt and Jacqueline Fox and late wife, Kathryn Butler.  Funeral Services will be held 12:00 PM Saturday, March 30, 2019, at J. Gilbert Purse Funeral Home, 2959 N. Adrian Hwy, Adrian, MI, with Bishop Robert Benard officiating. Cremation will follow.
