Our sincere sympathy on the loss of a wonderful neighbor and friend.
We lived next door to Jake & Irene from 1989-1991993. Irene was such a kind and patient lady. She had beautiful gladiolus and iris in her garden and she once gave me some of her iris bulbs.
I still have iris from those starts and we have lived in 5 houses since then. I always take some with me when we move and always think of Irene when they blossom and when I thin them.
