To all the Snyders,
Gordon's death was just posted on our 1962 Facebook Adrian High School page. I am so sorry to hear the news. Gordon was a friend of mine through 4-H (West Adrian Livewires), church, Sunday school and we were classmates in high school, along with being MSU graduates. Why do people have to leave this earth so young? Even though I haven't seen him in years, it sounds like he had a very fulfilling life and lots of joys around him. Prayers to all of you family members and friends.

Very sorry to hear of Gordy's passing. Have a lot of good memories working with him at Dura. He was a good guy.

Coping with the death of a loved one is never easy. When Lazarus died, Jesus “groaned in the spirit and became troubled,” and shortly afterward he “gave way to tears.” (John 11:33, 35) So, when someone we love dies, it does not show weakness to cry. God will wipe out every tear from our eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. (Revelation 21:4).May the God of love comfort the Snyder family and friends.

So sorry to hear this. Worked with Gordon for over 30 years at Dura Corp. Played with and was coached by Gordy playing softball, always a good time . Gordon was always an honorable man . Proud to have worked with him. Worked directly with him in inspection and then later I went into skilled trades and worked with him troubleshooting problems out on the floor. RIP my friend .
