Elliott R. Dixon

Elliott R. Dixon, age 82, of Royal Oak, MI, passed away, December 24, 2019.  He was born May 26, 1937 in Morganfield, KY the son of William E. and Nellie (Hoskins) Dixon.  Elliott served his country in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean War and retired from North Detroit General Hospital. Elliott is survived by his children, son, Dale (Tanya) Dixon of Royal Oak and daughter, Denise (Brian) Fath of Tecumseh, MI; grandchildren, Christina Ulewicz, Dr. Deanna Newland and Gregory Watts; great grandchildren, Cailey, Cara and Cambree Ulewicz; brother, William (Billy) Dixon; sisters, Mary (Robert) Scarberry of Morganfield, KY and Donna (William) Rondeau of Berkely, MI. and the mother of his children, Juanita Dixon. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Marcella Carman of Morganfield, KY.  Funeral Services will be 11:30 AM Friday, January 17, 2020, at the Fenton Church of God,  Fenton, MI with Rev. Brian C. Fath officiating.  Burial will follow in Great Lakes National Cemetery, Holly, MI.
