Elena Padro Gonzalez

Elena Padro Gonzalez, age 86, of Adrian, MI, passed away, September 3, 2018.   She was born April 6, 1932, in Manati, Puerto Rico.  Elena is survived by her children, Billy (Carmen) Vazquez, Benjamin (Sherry Rudman) Vazquez, Luz Celenia (Emilio Concepcion) Vazquez, Emilio (Myrian Otero) Vazquez and Ruben (Maria Hernandez) Vazquez, 11 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren, her siblings, Eddie Padro, Gracias Padro, Carmin Padro and Elizabeth Padro.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Dolores & Paula (Gonzalez) Padro, her husband, Benjamin Vazquez. Visitation will be on Thursday, September 6, 2018, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at J. Gilbert Purse Funeral Home, Adrian, MI. The Funeral Mass will be held 1:00 PM Friday, at St. Mary of Good Counsel Catholic Church, Adrian, MI with Fr. Michael Newman presiding.
