Edward Johnson

Edward Johnson, age 59, of Adrian, MI, passed away, August 21, 2019.  He was the husband of Luann Johnson. They shared 38 years of marriage together. He was born in Garden City, MI, the son of Dan & Shirley Ladd. Ed had a love for hunting & fishing his whole life. His jokes could make anyone laugh. His proudest accomplishments were his children, grandchildren and loving wife Luann.  He is survived by his wife, Luann, his children, Mark (Melissa) Johnson, Nicole (Chad) Ackley, David (Amber) Johnson, grandchildren, Hunter, Alex, Jeffrey, Carter and Zach, his parents, Dan & Shirley Ladd, sister, Darlene Johnson, Chrissy (Anthony) O'Bryan, Tommy (Melissa) Johnson, Terry Johnson and Mark Johnson. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Viola & Edward Jackson.  A Viewing & Visitation will be on Saturday, August 24, 2019, from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at J. Gilbert Purse Funeral Home, 2959 N.
