We were Dewey's friends from 4th grade all the rest of the way through Onsted High School. We were in a group of close friends. We shared joys and difficult times with each other. He was a gentle soul, had a rare sense of humor and was kind and giving. We last saw him in August 2016 at our 60th class reunion where we ate together. It is difficult living so far away at times like these.
Hugs and prayers to his children and sisters.

To Dewey's family,
My heart goes out to all of you as the "glue" for your family has passed. His legacy lives on in all of you. Dewey was a blessing to all of us in his own way and deeply caring. He will be missed.
Peace and Blessings to All,
Sally Pinchock

I was Dewey's nurse in the early 90s. I've thought about him often in the past 20+ years and remember he was a little annoyed that he was going to have to go back to work and pay taxes. He was a fine man.

My deepest sympathy to all Dewey's family. I will miss having him call on my birthday to let me know I was older then he was (by 2 weeks). He was kind, considerate and fun and will be greatly missed.

I am so very sorry for your loss. Please find comfort in God's sure promise of a resurrection as set forth in the Bible. (Acts 24:15; John 5:28,29) Those who are raised to life will have the prospect of never again being subject to misery, sickness, or death. (Revelation 21:4) I hope that reflecting on these thoughts will give you some relief during this difficult time.
