Cristy Ann Wilt

Cristy  Ann  Wilt, age 41, of Palmyra, MI, passed away, January 8, 2015.  She was born December 20, 1973, in Adrian, MI, the daughter of Donald & Diane (McDonnell) Shultis.  Cristy was a graduate of Adrian High School, Class of 1992.  She met the love of her life Israel at the age of 15, whom she married on January 1, 2000.  She referred to him as her TLF, True Love Forever.    She then earned her Bachelors Degree in psychology from Siena Heights University.  Cristy was a loving caring mother.  She was devoted to her children and was an advocate for them in every way.    She also enjoyed gardening, flowers, the great outdoors, and all of life's simple pleasures.  Due to her loving and caring heart, she rescued numerous stray animals and she touched countless lives with her charm & generosity.   She is survived by her husband, Israel Wilt, her children, Grace, Faith and Noble, her parents, Donald & Diane Shultis, mother in law, Deborah Wilt,  father in law, Randy (Karen) Wilt, one brother, Steven Shultis and his fiance Sherry Gilbert, two nephews, Blake & Dakota Shultis and several aunts & uncles.  She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Donald & Leona Shultis and Bernard & Kathleen McDonnell.   Memorial Services will be held 4:00 PM Thursday, January 15, 2015, at J. Gilbert Purse Funeral Home, 2959 N. Adrian Hwy, Adrian, MI.  Visitation will be on Wednesday January 14, 2015, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the funeral home.  www.PurseFuneralHome.com
