Carrie (Clemons) Nichols

Carrie (Clemons) Nichols, age 74, of Stockbridge, MI, passed away August 4, 2017.  Carrie was born October 10, 1942 in Gage, Kentucky the daughter of Bennie and Bessie (Rowe) Clemons.  Carrie was retired from Chelsea Retirement Center after many years of service.  Carrie is survived by her children, Ronnie James (Jody), Roy. Jr., Pamela Jean, Mary Ann and Sara Louise (Eric Collins); 17 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; sisters,Hazel Sponseller, Fay Plumb, Laura Mischler and Rev. Betty Hackworth; daughter in law, Sis Nichols; son in law, Ronnie Allen and numerous nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Sharlene Allen; granddaughter, Savannah Thornsbury; great granddaughter, Izzabella Rose Clark; brothers, Boone, Scott, Charlie, George, Ishmeal, Ray and 2 infant brothers; sisters, Anne, Vicie, Kathy and 2 in infant sisters and numerous nieces and nephews.  Funeral services will be 1:00 P. M. Wednesday, August 9, 2017 at the Bunker Hill Church of God, 1267 Decamp Road, Leslie, Michigan with Rev, Betty Hackworth officiating.  Burial will follow in Fitchburg Cemetery, Stockbridge.  Visitation will be from 11:00 A.
