Betty A. Zettler

Betty A. Zettler, age 84, of Ottawa Lake, MI, passed away, November 13, 2019, at Medilodge of Monroe. She was born April 13, 1935, in Toledo, OH, the daughter of Chester & Irene (Kraus) Perry.  In her younger days, she was named "Miss Erie". Betty worked many years at the Erie Inn where she loved meeting new people and touched many lives. She was well known for her German Potato Salad and Christmas Sugar Cookies that were sold for years through her sister's beauty shop.  She is survived by her children; Susan T. (Louis) Shiffler, Ann M. Zettler, Sharon E. (Kirk) Thompson, John J. Zettler and Patty A. Zettler, six grandsons; Kyle V. Wonser, Joshua L. Wonser, David J. (Kayla) Grimes, Jeff Fall, Mark Fall, and Billy Frye, and five great-grandchildren; four siblings; Richard Perry, Jimmy (Joyce) Perry, Judy (Dick) Allen and Joyce Day and numerous nieces & nephews.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Chester & Irene Perry, oldest son; Edward Zettler, two brothers; Bob Perry and Tommy Perry and one sister; Mary Louise Lucio.  Memorial Services will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, November 16, 2019, at J.
