Hazel Mae Lynch, 88, of Adrian, Michigan, passed away peacefully Sunday, June 6, 2021, at the Hospice of Lenawee Home in Adrian, with her family by her side. She was born to Dave and Daily Breeding in Speedwell, Tennessee, in 1932, where she lived until moving to Michigan when she was eighteen. Hazel was married to Elton Lynch on June 20, 1953, and he preceded her in death in 1992. She leaves behind her three children; Paul Lynch (Cheryl), George Lynch (Diane), and Sheila Robbins (Roger); six grandchildren; six great grandchildren; one sister; and three brothers. She was preceded in death by her mother, father, three sisters, and three brothers. Hazel was involved with the Coast Guard Auxiliary with her husband for many years and she was awarded many honors. One of her proudest moments was helping to save a family when their boat was capsizing. She loved spending time with her family, gardening, fishing, traveling, and crocheting. The family has decided to host a celebration of her life at a later date. Donations may be made in her memory to Hospice of Lenawee, Adrian, Michigan.
