Benjamin (Rusty) C. Mott III, was born on March 30, 1935 and passed away on May 15, 2020. Rusty was born in Southfield, Michigan in 1935 to Benjamin and Lucille Mott. He married and had two sons, David and Gregory. Over the years, he held many jobs but he especially loved driving trucks and the freedom of being out on the open road traveling all over North America. He was known to many as a rebel who loved to wander and see what was out there. Now, he is free to spread his wings and go explore. He is survived by his brother John (Pat) Mott of Macomb Township, his sister Sandy (Paul) Rodenbach of Aurora, Illinois, son David (Aiying) Mott of Livonia, son Gregory (Denise) Mott of Kalamazoo, granddaughter Chelsea Mott and two great-grandsons Brayden and Otis Mott. Due to current circumstances, there will be a Celebration of Life in the future at a date and time to be determined.
