Clarence Raymond Elkins

Clarence Raymond Elkins, age 61, of Ypsilanti, formerly of Tecumseh , passed away July 5, 2018.  Clarence was born October 23, 1956 in Superior Township,  Michigan the son of Willie and Betty (Conry) Elkins.  He served his country in the United States Navy during the Cold War era.  Surviving Clarence are his children, Michael, Michelle, Sarah and Danielle; 11 grandchildren; 1 great granddaughter and 2 brothers, Roger and Randy.  He was preceded in death by his parents and 2 brothers.  A memorial gathering for family and friends will be  2:00 - 4:00 P.
