William David "Quickdraw" McGraw, age 62, of Adrian, MI, passed away, May 31, 2023, after a year long battle with pancreatic cancer surrounded by his wife and many loved ones. He was born January 26, 1961 to William & Helen McGraw in Chicago, IL. Quickdraw, as he was known to anyone who knew him was a lover of all things especially food. He never turned down an opportunity to try something new. Quickdraw was up for any kind of adventure or travel, seeing many states and all the good places of Michigan. In his younger years he was an avid hunter often going on many trips with his homies. He loved spending time in the outdoors, especially with his grandkids. Throw a fishing pole in there and he was a happy camper. Quickdraw was preceded in death by his father, William; his mother, Helen; infant brother, Geogary; many aunts, uncles, brother in law, Mike "Louie" Lewis; and close friend, Dan "Egor" Porter. He is survived by his wife, Kimberly McGraw of Adrian; step-sons, Kyle (Lizzy) Nicholson of Swanton, OH, and Dakota (Lori) Nicholson of Hudson, MI; grandchildren, Karsyn, Emmitt, Charles and Jonah; his siblings, Tammy Lewis of Adrian, MI, Pamela Tucker of Adrian, MI, Bruce "Buck" (Kimberly Raburn) McGraw of Palmyra, MI, and Marcie McGraw of Adrian, MI; nieces & nephews, Josh (Kelly) Smith of Adrian, MI, Tasha Wetzel of Adrian, MI, Helena (Justin) Snyder of Adrian, MI and Lucas Tucker of Onsted, MI; as well was many great nieces and great nephews; and special friends Mike (Karen) Lewis, Ric (Deb) Davis and the Sutherland Family. Funeral Services will be held 1:00 PM Monday, June 5, 2023, at J. Gilbert Purse Funeral Home, 2959 N. Adrian Hwy, Adrian, MI, with Dr. Reverend Susan Liberatski officiating. Burial will follow in Palmyra Cemetery. Viewing & Visitation will be on Sunday June 4, 2023, from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM and also on Monday from 11:00 AM until the time of service at J.
