Peggy M. Elliott

Peggy M. Elliott, age 74, of Adrian, MI, passed away May 6, 2023, at home with her family. She was born August 20, 1948, in Warsaw, IN, the daughter of Edward & Margaret (Bradley) Weirick. On December 17, 1971, she married Ted Elliott in Memphis, TN. He survives.  Peggy retired in 2020 from Meijer's in Adrian after 22 years of service.  In addition to her husband Ted, she is survived by her children, Chantel (Jason) Polascak, Phillip Elliott and Charles (Alena) Elliott; her grandchildren, Ethan, Elivia, Eli, Atia, Elliana and Isla; five siblings, Linda Wotring, Darlene Freed, Carol Paul, Kaye (Rev. Ross) Collette and Larry Weirick; and many nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Edward & Margaret Weirick. Funeral Services will be held 1:00 PM Thursday, May 11, 2023, at J. Gilbert Purse Funeral Home, 2959 N. Adrian Hwy, Adrian, MI, with Rev. Ross Collette officiating. Burial will follow in Oakwood Cemetery, Adrian, MI. Visitation will also be on Thursday from 11:00 AM until the time of service at J.
