Joseph Jack Powell

Joseph Jack Powell, age 69, of Manchester passed away August 27, 2022. Joseph was born July 19, 1953 in Cleveland, Ohio the son of Blaine and Clela (Riggs) Powell. In January 1988 in Tecumseh, Michigan he married the love of his life Dianna DeLisle and she survives.

In his spare time enjoyed fishing, painting, casino's, but mostly enjoying time with his family.

Joe is survived by his wife, Dianna; daughters, Jennifer (John) DeLisle and Clela Powell; son, Joseph Powell, Jr; grandson, Jacob DeLisle and sister, Nancy Pesek.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Blaine and Clela Powell; siblings, Betty Powell, Linda Lienweber, Diane Frye, Jeannette Plata, Sylvester Powell and Robert Powell.

Funeral Services for Joe will be held at 12:00 p.m. Friday, September 2, 2022 at the Purse Martinez Funeral Home, Tecumseh, with the Rev. Eric Hickman officiating.  Interment will follow at Lenawee Hills Memorial Garden (M-50 and M-52).  Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until the time of service.

The money you donate will help sponsor another individual with HD to attend Camp Fish Tales. Its a summer camp for an individual to experience activities they can't do on their own and be around others like them.
