Jaiden Jesus Taylor, age 18, of Adrian, MI, passed away, September 4, 2023. He was born March 27, 2005, in Oak Harbor, WA, at NAS Whidbey Island Naval Hospital, the son of Bobby & Anita (Berlanga) Taylor. Jaiden enjoyed making others happy and spending time with his family. He enjoyed working hard at his job with K & B Asphalt & Sealcoat. Jaiden loved fishing "even though he never touched a worm." He also loved playing video games, listening to music, and trash talking while watching football, baseball and hockey. Jaiden never missed a chance to tell or show someone that he loved them. His smile would light up the room. He is survived by his parents, Bobby & Anita Taylor; his siblings, Zeanna (Tyler) Tiede, Elijah (Kyra) Taylor and Nartasia Taylor; his grandparents; Linda Berlanga and Daryl & Evelyn Mabrey; aunts & uncles, Ronnie (Brandie) Berlanga, Christopher Berlanga, Barbara (Jay) Rodin and Peggy (Jim) Reed; great aunt, Mary Berlanga; two nephews, Laighton Tiede and Giovvanni Moody; special cousins, Marisa Amison, Aspen Amison, Hannah Berlanga, Brooklynn Berlanga, Bryce Berlanga and Karly Rodin; his four legged buddies, Zeus, Capone and Ruger; and countless other family members and friends. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Martin Berlanga, Jr. and special cousin, David "Crockett" Johnson. Funeral Services will be held 1:00 PM Tuesday, September 12, 2023, at J. Gilbert Purse Funeral Home, 2959 N. Adrian Hwy, Adrian, MI, with Pastor Christopher Berlanga officiating. Viewing & Visitation will be on Monday, September 11, 2023, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM & 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and also on Tuesday from 11:00 AM until the time of service at J.
