Angel Santos Reyna, Jr.

Angel Santos Reyna Jr., age 36, of Adrian, MI, passed away, July 25, 2021 He was born August 26, 1984, in Pontiac, MI, the son of Angel Reyna Sr. & Judith Garrison.  He is survived by his fiancee, Stephanie Garza; his children, Liliana Reyna, Niaya Reyna, Angel Reyna III, Kyla Presnell and Noah Reed; his brothers, Noli Reyna, Robert Wilkins, Gregory Garrison Jr. and John (Dolores) Garrison; step-father, Gregory Garrison Sr.; and a host of nieces & nephews. Angel was a wonderful father, son, brother, uncle and friend. He was kind hearted to everyone & always wanted to help others in need. He had a great sense of humor as well as a beautiful smile, and beautiful green eyes. He was a charming man and don't get me started on how he loved to be called "handsome" when he heard those words being said to him you can see his head grow an inch bigger. Angel had a passion for cooking & took pride in every meal he made. He was a very bright, intelligent, gifted person. He had many dreams & plans he wanted to accomplish in life .. he wanted to open up his very own BBQ truck" Blown Smoke BBQ" or even starting a catering business. He also wrote poems/songs late at night debating to send them to be published and who knows maybe one day everyone would be singing his songs! He even had plans of publishing a cook book. But out of all his dreams and goals all he wanted was being an amazing father and uncle! Everyone loved "Uncle I Angel" he wanted to be the uncle all the kids love to come and spend the night and just make great memories. Over the past few years of Angel's life he took a huge passion on working out. He loved going to the gym and boy oh boy ... every chance he got he'd always flex saying " you feel that?" "that's a beast right there!" And he took very much pride in his calves ... everyone admired his calves and he loved it! Angel was truly an Angel on earth and now an Angel in Heaven! He truly was an amazing Man!  He was preceded in death by his mother, Judith "Judy" Garrison; his father, Angel Reyna Sr., his aunt, Janet Santiago; grandparents, Linda and Lanny Dix, and grandmother. Saldana Reyna.  Funeral Services will be held 3:00 PM Friday, July 30, 2021, at J. Gilbert Purse Funeral Home, 2959 N. Adrian Hwy, Adrian, MI.  Burial will follow in Oakwood Cemetery, Adrian, MI. Viewing & Visitation will also be on Friday from 1:00 PM until the time of service at J.
