Mary L. McClure

Age 73, of Tecumseh, passed away September 20, 2008. She was born May 27, 1935 in Somerset Center, MI, the daughter of Gerald and Ida Rose. On April 4, 1953 she married Robert C. McClure in Adrian, MI. He survives.
Mary was the secretary at St. Joseph Shrine, Brooklyn, MI for many years. She enjoyed working on ceramics, a lot of which she gave away as gifts. Mary loved flowers and tending to her flower garden. In addition to her husband Robert, she is survived by four sons, Ronald, Donald (Phyllis), Ray (Renee), and Brian (Kathleen); 10 grandchildren, Rhonda, Ronald Jr., Justin, Steven, Timothy, Rachel, Maria, Joseph, Daniel, and Meg; three great grandchildren; a sister Eileen (Tom) Mutter; and her faithful dog, Bouncer. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Lynette; son, Arnold, and a brother, Charles "Bud" Rose. Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Tuesday September 23, 2008 at St. Joseph Shrine, Brooklyn with Rev. Father Carl Simon officiating. Interment will follow at Lenawee Hills Memorial Park, Adrian. Visitation will be from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. Monday at the J.
