Daniel Shultis

Age 50, of Lansing, MI, formerly of Onsted, passed away, September 17, 2008, at Sparrow Hospital, Lansing, MI. He was born February 22, 1958, in Tecumseh, MI. He was a graduate of Onsted High School. Daniel served in the U.S. Army. He retired from General Motors after 30 years of service.

He was a member of the House of Prayer and an avid dog lover.

He is survived by his wife Iwona Shultis, his son, Jonathan Shultis, his parents, Donald (Liz) Shultis, his siblings, Donald (Diane) Shultis, Gerald (Debbie) Shultis, Richard (Karen) Shultis, and Larry (Lani) Shultis and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by his mother, Leona Shultis, his sister, Rosalind Shultis, and nephew, Scott Shultis.  Funeral Services will be held 1:00 PM, Sunday, September 21, 2008, at J. Gilbert Purse Funeral Home, Adrian. Burial will follow in Maple Shade Cemetery, Onsted. Visitation will be on Saturday from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM & 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at J.
