Florence M. Holland
Age 72, of Adrian, passed away September 26, 2008, at Bixby Medical
Center. She was born December 16, 1935, in Toledo, OH, the daughter of
John & Jeanie (Benson) Sentle. On June 7, 1975, she married Jimmie D.
Holland in the Church of Christ in Adrian. He survives. She was retired
from Ritchie Dining Hall. Florence was a member of the Church of Christ
in Adrian.
In addition to her husband Jimmie, she is survived by five sons; Jerry
Lee Sentle, Robert (Kathy) Bryan, Ricky Bryan, Mike (Marie) Bryan and
Rich Bryan, five grandchildren and two great grandchildren, two
brothers, Robert Sentle and Leslie Sentle, her sisters; Jackie Creek,
Wilma Sentle, Martha Van Veers, and Alice Miller.
She was preceded in death by her parents, twin brother Lawrence, and
siblings, Bernitta, Richard, Wilbur, Doris, Geneva and Mary.
Funeral Services will be held 1:00 PM Tuesday, October 1, 2008, at J.
Gilbert Purse Funeral Home, Adrian, with Minister Timothy J. Dunn
officiating. Burial will follow in Lenawee Hills Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM & 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on
Monday at J. Gilbert Purse Funeral Home, Adrian. Condolences my be
