Theresa Caroline (Griffith) Hill

Theresa Caroline (Griffith) Hill, age 76, of Adrian, MI, passed away April 4, 2017 She was born September 8, 1940, in Sand Creek, MI, the daughter of Robert & Leona Griffith.  Theresa worked at the Harvest House, Adrian Eagles, Adrian VFW and Morning Fresh Bakeries. She also loved working with kids through the Grandparent Program at Madison Schools. Theresa was a member of the Randy P. Hill AMVETS, the Adrian VFW Auxiliary and the Adrian Eagles.  She is survived by two brothers, George (Sue) Griffith of Blissfield and Larry (Dee) Griffith of Clayton, one grandaughter, Paula Kay Hill of Adrian, daughter in law, Janet Hill of Adrian and many nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her parents, her partner, Art Hall, two daughters, Paula Kay Hill and Marsha Hill, her son Randy P. Hill, sister, Julia Hall, brother in law, Dave Hall, two brothers, Ezbon Griffith and Robert Griffith and niece, Rhonda Smiddy.  Funeral Services will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, April 8, 2017, at J. Gilbert Purse Funeral Home, 2959 N. Adrian Hwy, Adrian, MI. Burial will follow in Sand Creek Cemetery. Visitation will be on Friday from from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM & 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the J.
