Roger "Toughguy" Robinson

Roger "Toughguy" Robinson, age 56, of Blissfield, MI, passed away peacefully, March 15, 2018.  He was born November 5, 1961, in Adrian, MI, the son of Howard & Evelyn (Brownell) Robinson. Roger was a graduate of Blissfield High School. Roger worked at Blissfield Manufacturing for many years as a welder. He enjoyed welding and also the many friendships he made at work, especially his good buddy, Tom.    Roger loved to fish along fixing cars with his best friend Lyle. He was an avid NASCAR fan and collected and ran RC Cars. Roger loved to ride his motorcycle. He was an avid gamer and went by the name "Toughguy 007".  Roger is survived by his wife, Kris Robinson, his children, Roxann Robinson, Rachelle Robinson, Roger Robinson Jr., Jamie (James) Young and Monica (Bob) Maltby, five grandchildren, Ariana, Paul, Isabella, Micaiah and Bobby, one sister, Dawn (Ron) Gilbert and many nieces, nephews and cousins.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Howard & Evelyn Robinson, two sisters, Sharon Hunter and Carol Hendricks.  Funeral Services will be held 6:00 PM Tuesday, March 20, 2018, at J. Gilbert Purse Funeral Home, 2959 N. Adrian Hwy, Adrian, MI. Visitation will also be on Tuesday from 3:00 PM until the time of service.  Memorial Contributions may be made to the family to be used accordingly.  www.PurseFuneralHome.com
