Robert Bruce Long

Robert  Bruce  Long, age 75, passed away July 24, 2015.  Robert was born July 7, 1940 in Tecumseh Twp., the son of Herbert and Doreth (Frederick) Long.   He married Beverly Rochowiak and she preceded him in death.  Robert was a lifelong dairy farmer in the Tecumseh area.   His interests were golfing, mowing grass, great conversations with friends and spending quality time with his grandchildren.  Robert is survived by his children,  Sean (Deb) Long, Erin (Patrick) Dugas and Kara (Bradley) Eaton; step son, Mark (Debbie) Rochowiak; 4 grandchildren; sister, Patricia Johnson; brother, Fred Long and the mother of his children, Christine Koth.  In addition to his wife, Beverly, he was preceded in death by his parents and one grandson.  Memorial services will be 7:00 P. M. Wednesday, July 29, 2015 at the J. Gilbert Purse Funeral Home, Tecumseh.  Visitation will also be on Wednesday from 4:00 - 7:00 P.
