Phyllis Wald

Phyllis Wald, age 91, of Adrian, MI, formerly of Ypsilanti, MI, passed away peacefully from this life into the arms of Jesus on July 3, 2015.  She was born November 22, 1923, in Wishek, ND, she was the daughter of Conrad & Margaret Wald.  She married Adam A, Wald in 1946, and he preceded her in death in November 1992.  Survivors included her children, Linda (Hubert) Allen, Joan Caldwell and Conrad (Cindy) Wald, grandchildren, Renee, Phillip, John, Jacob, Jeffery, Regina and Adam, twelve great grandchildren, and three great great grandchildren.  Phyllis is also survived by her best friend and sister, Christina Dosch of Bismarck, ND, siblings, Frank, Julia, Dorothy and Margie and six deceased siblings.  Visitation will be on Tuesday, July 7, 2015, at J. Gilbert Purse Funeral Home, 2959 N. Adrian Hwy, Adrian, MI, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM with a Vigil Prayer Service starting at 7:00 PM.  Mass of the Christian Burial will be held 10:30 AM Wednesday, July 8, 2015, at St. Mary of Good Counsel Catholic Church, 305 Division St., Adrian, MI, with Fr.
