Patricia (Nieto) Coronado

Patricia Coronado age 66, of Tecumseh, MI, passed away May 24, 2016 at her home.She was born May 1, 1950, in Adrian, MI to Primetivo Nieto and Juanita (Carrillo) Nieto.  Patty enjoyed Motown music, dancing to 50’s/60’s music, singing, going to the casino and traveling/going on cruises.  She loved having her family around her, laughing, singing and enjoying the company of those she loved.   Her pride and joy was her children and grandchildren.  Patty was a very generous and loving woman always looking out for others, always with a smile on her face and kind words to share.  She was an inspiration to her family and many friends by the way she approached life, with love and concern for others even before herself.   Above all else, her most cherished moments were the times she spent with her grandchildren. She is survived by her husband, Victor Coronado, two sons, Mario Coronado (Stephanie) and Victor Daniel Coronado (Jayne), three grandchildren, Nicolas Coronado, Luis Coronado and Ariana Coronado, her mother and eight siblings, Eva Hyder (Steve), Arturo Nieto (Rita), Elenterio Nieto (Patty), Robert Nieto (Shelley), Adam Nieto (Barb), Delores Garcia (Tony), Primetivo Nieto Jr. (Carmen) and Valentine Nieto.  She was preceded in death by her father, and her brothers, Henry Nieto Sr. and Jerry Nieto Sr.  Funeral Mass will be held 10:30 AM, Friday, May 27, 2016, at St. Mary of Good Counsel Catholic Church, 305 Division Street, Adrian, MI, with Fr. Shaun Lowery presiding. Burial will follow in Lenawee Hills Memorial Gardens, Tecumseh, MI. Visitation will be on Thursday from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM & 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM with a Vigil Prayer Service at 7:00 PM at the J. Gilbert Purse Funeral Home, 2959 N. Adrian Hwy (M-52) Adrian, MI, and also on Friday from 9:30 AM until the time of mass at the church.  www.PurseFuneralHome.com
