Otis E. DeLine, Jr.

Otis DeLine Jr., age 89, of Adrian, MI, passed away Wednesday, March 15, 2017, under the care of Great Lakes Caring at the Heartland Health Care Center in Ann Arbor.  Born in Adrian, Mich., to Otis and Hattie DeLine, Otis was a veterans of the United States Navy during World War II, 1945-47. He is survived by three sons, Kenneth DeLine of Adrian, Ronald DeLine of Tecumseh and Larry (Margaret) DeLine of Adrian; sister-in-law, Wavah Deisler DeLine of Ocala, Fla.; eight grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Preceding Otis in death were his loving wife, Barbara Morse DeLine; his paents, Otis and Hattie DeLine; sisters, Wynola Schwab, Noami Cousino and Shirley Garner; and brothers, Robert and Gordon DeLine.  Otis worked for the Plymouth Tube Co. in Adrian and retired from Wacker Chemical in Adrian. Otis loved fishing, hunting, bowling and playing golf. He loved spending time in northern Michigan.  A burial service for friends and family is planned for noon June 28, 2017, at the Dover Center Cemetery.
